Registered Nurse - Progressive Care Unit Pay & Benefits:
- Pay: $28.50-$40.00/hour Differentials for Nights & Weekends
- Sign-On Bonus: $10,000
Registered Nurse - Progressive Care Unit Position Details:
- Schedule: 12-Hour Shifts | Day & Night Shifts Available
- Responsibilities: Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals requiring close monitoring and specialized interventions. Utilize advanced assessment techniques and critical thinking skills to manage patients with complex medical conditions, ensuring optimal outcomes in a safe and therapeutic environment.
Registered Nurse - Progressive Care Unit Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Licensure/Certifications: Current Arkansas or Compact State RN License in good standing, BLS required, ACLS within first year of employment
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in a hospital/acute care setting
