Pay: ADN $74,000-$94,900 | BSN $76,000-97,900 (contingent on experience)

RN House Supervisor Opportunity:
- Full-time, Direct-hire position
- Schedule: 36 hours/week | 5:30 p - 6 a
- Setting: Acute Care Hospital
RN House Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Serve as the administrative liaison, addressing patient, family, employee, and provider concerns
- Support direct care operations, including staffing adjustments and addressing urgent care needs
- Ensure compliance with shift operational standards, including emergency code response and patient flow management
- Provide clinical expertise in evidence-based practices, policies, and procedures to enhance patient care
- Actively collaborate with teams to optimize resource utilization and improve care delivery
RN House Supervisor Qualifications:
- Current/Active NE RN license
- BLS, ACLS, TNCC, PALS Certifications required
- Minimum 1 year RN House Supervisor experience
