Travel Night Shift RN - Medical/Surgical Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive patient care in a medical/surgical unit, managing a wide range of medical conditions
- Deliver nursing services to ensure patient safety and well-being during treatment and recovery
- The Travel Night Shift RN - Medical/Surgical must demonstrate exceptional teamwork and collaboration skills, triage patient needs, provide necessary advice, and review and address relevant medical data with the healthcare team
- Responsibilities include but are not limited to IV administration, vigilant monitoring of vital signs, medication management, and assisting with patient mobility and daily care
Travel Night Shift RN - Medical/Surgical Qualifications:
- Active Texas state nursing license or eligibility for licensure
- 1 or more years of acute care in a med/surg setting is required
- Prior experience with monitoring vital signs and administering intravenous treatments is mandatory, while practical hands-on experience in a variety of med/surg specialties is considered highly advantageous
