Exciting opportunity for a 13 week, Travel Operating Room Nurse. Opportunity at a surgical hospital near College Station, Texas!
Pay Rate: $50.00/hr
Travel Operating Room Nurse:
- Full-time, travel/contract, and weekly guaranteed hours!
- Travel Operating Room Nurse Average daily caseload: Approximately 13-18 cases
- Competitive pay rates with yearly evaluations for financial growth and career development
- Schedule: Monday - Friday
- Responsibilities include but are not limited to IV administration, vigilant monitoring of vital signs, and proficiency in nerve block procedures, among other essential tasks
Travel Operating Room Nurse Qualifications:
- Assist surgeons in providing patient care in an operating room setting
- Deliver nursing services to ensure patient well-being during surgical procedures
- Travel Operating Room Nurse must demonstrate exceptional teamwork and collaboration skills
- Triage patient needs and provide necessary advice
- Review and address relevant medical data with the surgical team
Travel Operating Room NurseRequirements:
- Active Texas state nursing license or eligibility for licensure
- 1 or more years of acute operating room experience is required
- Prior experience with monitoring vital signs and administering intravenous treatments is mandatory, while practical hands-on experience in Pre-Op settings is considered highly advantageous
