Assistant Director of Nursing Opportunity :
Full-time, Direct-hire position
Schedule : Day shift 40 hours / week
Setting : Acute Care ACU / ICU
Assistant Director of Nursing Responsibilities :
Assist the Director in overseeing daily operations of the unit, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment
Supervise, mentor, and manage nursing staff, providing leadership, training, and performance evaluations
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians and support staff, to develop and implement individualized care plans for critically ill patients
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards
Assist in budgeting, resource management, and staffing, ensuring efficient use of hospital resources while maintaining optimal patient care levels
Assistant Director of Nursing Qualifications :
Current / Active NE RN license
BSN Required
Med Surg or ICU experience highly preferred
Assistant Director of Nursing experience preferred
