A Medical Hospital in Arkansas has a unique opportunity and is seeking to bring on a well-rounded Director of Case Management (DCM)!
Pay : $87,200 - $101,400 / annually (contingent on experience)
Director of Case Management Opportunity :
Full-time, Direct-hire position
Schedule : 40 hours / week M - F
Setting : Rehab
Director of Case Management Responsibilities :
Take full responsibility for the daily operations and human resource management of the Case Management department, ensuring efficient workflow, staffing, and performance standards are met
Oversee the interdisciplinary care planning and discharge process, focusing on effective service delivery, census management, and patient care outcomes
Act as an advocate for patients and their families, ensuring services align with patient needs and expectations
Provide leadership and training to Case Managers and other team members, ensuring they have the tools, knowledge, and resources to manage caseloads effectively, while upholding organizational policies and high-quality standards
Director of Case Management Qualifications :
Minimum 3 years hospital-based Case Management experience & AR State License
RN License or LCSW License Required
Director of Case Management experience highly preferred
