Exciting opportunity for a Full-Time Director of Nursing opportunity at a facility near Philadelphia, PA !
Salary : $115,000 -$150,000 / Yearly
Director of Nursing Opportunity :
Full-Time, permanent position
Schedule : M-F, 9AM-5PM
Director of Nursing Responsibilities :
Develop and implement corrective actions to address performance variances, ensuring alignment with budget expectations and quality standards.
Oversee the qualification and clinical leadership of Nursing Supervisors, ensuring effective staff management and independent contractor supervision.
Monitor quality assurance results, initiate QIP activities, and facilitate the Professional Advisory Committee's work, presenting recommendations to the Board.
Lead staffing analysis and retention efforts, ensuring compliance with Federal, State, Local, and JACHO regulations, while maintaining up-to-date protocols and procedures.
Manage the agency’s business affairs and operations, ensuring efficient functioning and adherence to all policies and procedures.
Director of Nursing Qualifications :
2 years of healthcare business experience.
Bachelors degree in nursing or healthcare; master’s preferred.
Experience in P&L management, personnel management, and clinical administration. (Required)
Computer literate in budgeting, accounting, and quality assurance.
Strong management and home health care experience
Skilled and non-skilled experience including pediatrics
