Director of Rehabilitation Opportunity :
Full-time, Direct-hire position
Schedule : 40 hours / week M-F
Setting : Critical Access Hospital
Director of Rehabilitation Responsibilities :
The Director of Rehabilitation is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Rehabilitation, Respiratory, Cardiopulmonary, Physical Therapy (PT), and Occupational Therapy (OT) departments
This leadership position will ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of each department, driving patient-centered care and promoting high standards of service
Strong leadership abilities are essential for this role, as the Director will lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team
The Director must be a mentor, always accessible to the team, fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment
A commitment to excellence is crucial, the ideal candidate will consistently strive to be the best, setting the gold standard for care and performance within the department
Director of Rehabilitation Qualifications :
Occupational Therapist (OT) degree
Current / Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license
3 years of Occupational Therapist experience Required
Director of Rehabilitation experience preferred Not Required
