Family Practice Physician – Permanent Opportunity | Southern Arizona
Salary Range : $315,000 / year
Sign-On Bonus : $50,000
Relocation Assistance : $15,000

Join a dedicated team in beautiful Southern Arizona as a Family Practice Physician at a highly respected critical access hospital offering exceptional care to a close-knit community.
Position Overview :
Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM–5 : 00 PM
Patient Caseload : 15 patients / day
Benefits :
CME Support : $4,500 annually and 40 hours of paid time for CME courses.
Insurance Coverage : Fully paid malpractice insurance and non-contributory Medical, Vision, Dental, short-term, long-term, and life insurance for full family coverage.
Financial Incentives : $50,000 sign-on bonus, $15,000 relocation assistance, and a patient load bonus for exceeding the required 15 patients / day.
Qualifications :
Education : MD or DO from an accredited school of medicine or osteopathy.
Licensing : Active, unrestricted medical license.
Certification : Board-eligible or board-certified in Family Medicine.
Experience : Prior experience in a critical access hospital is preferred.
