Physical Therapist Salary : $125,000 - $145,000 / annually
Physical Therapist Opportunity :
- Full-time, direct hire
- Schedule : Variable; seeing between 2-8 patients a day
- Setting : Home Health
- Assess and develop care plans : Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical abilities and design individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team
- Implement interventions : Provide therapeutic exercises and mobility training to maintain or improve function, comfort, and quality of life for patients with terminal illnesses
- Educate and support caregivers : Train family members or caregivers on proper body mechanics, safe transfer techniques, and ways to assist with daily activities to ensure patient comfort and safety at home
