A facility located near Montpelier, VT is seeking an HR Manager to join their growing team!
Pay : $70,000 - $110,000 / annually
HR Manager Opportunity :
Full-time, direct-hire opportunity
Monday - Friday (100% on-site)
Setting : Hospital
HR Manager Responsibilities :
The HR manager conducts compensation and classification reviews; performs job analyses; establishes job requirements and standards; develops job descriptions and determines the appropriate classification and placement of jobs
Conducts exit interviews and reports trends to senior leadership
Assists in new employee onboarding and orientation
Oversees the retirement plan in coordination with our benefits broker and third party administrator for the 403(b) and 457(b)
HR Manager Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent related work experience
5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or Manager role
Professional certification (PHR / SPHR and / or SHRM-CP / SHRM-SCP) strongly preferred
