A facility in Cleveland, OH has an exciting opportunity for a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to become part of their growing team!
Pay : $64,000 – $76,000 / annually
Relocation Assistance offered on a case-by-case basis
Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Opportunity :
Full time, direct-hire position
Schedule : Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm
No on-call or after-hours work
Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Responsibilities :
The Licensed Professional Counselor will evaluate client mental health needs through assessments and observation to determine appropriate care plans
Provide individual therapy to address personal challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues
Utilize therapeutic techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, and family therapy to meet client needs
Willingness to work with geriatric clients is required
Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Qualifications :
Master's degree
Must be a licensed professional counselor (LPC)
Experience working with the geriatric population preferred
Must meet the credentialing standards set by the employer and CMS
Willingness to travel to assigned nursing homes within the local area
Experience working collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
