Medical Technologist Opportunity :
Full-time, Direct-hire position
Schedule : Evening shift 36 hours / week
Setting : Lab
Medical Technologist Responsibilities :
Conducts a wide range of high to moderately complex clinical laboratory tests and procedures
Performs specialized testing across various departments, including Blood Bank, Microbiology, Hematology, and Chemistry
Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills in troubleshooting test issues, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring optimal laboratory performance
Maintains and monitors quality control measures, ensuring precision and reliability in test results
Collaborates with team members and other healthcare professionals to support timely and accurate diagnosis and patient care
Medical Technologist Qualifications :
BS degree in Medical Laboratory Science
ASCP Certified or equivalent
Phlebotomy required
Medical Technologist experience preferred
