A facility located in Nebraska has an exciting opportunity for a Medical Technologist (MT) to join their growing team!

Pay : $31.00 - $38.00 / hour (contingent on experience)

  • 5,000 Sign-On Bonus
  • Relocation Bonus
  • Tuition Reimbursement or Student Loan Repayment Bonus

Medical Technologist Opportunity :

  • Full-time, Direct-hire position
  • Schedule : Evening shift | 40 hours / week
  • Setting : Lab | Hospital

    • Medical Technologist Responsibilities :

  • Conducts a wide range of high to moderately complex clinical laboratory tests and procedures
  • Performs specialized testing across various departments, including Blood Bank, Microbiology, Hematology, and Chemistry
  • Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills in troubleshooting test issues, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring optimal laboratory performance
  • Maintains and monitors quality control measures, ensuring precision and reliability in test results
  • Collaborates with team members and other healthcare professionals to support timely and accurate diagnosis and patient care

    • Medical Technologist Qualifications :

  • BS degree in Medical Laboratory Science
  • ASCP Certified or equivalent
  • Phlebotomy required
  • Medical Technologist experience preferred
