RN Quality and Risk Manager Opportunity :

RN Quality and Risk Manager Responsibilities :
Work as part of the Leadership Team to develop and implement clinical policies workflows and staffing structure that align clinical operations with organizational strategy and goalsPerform supervisory functions including mentorship training hiring onboarding performance evaluations disciplinary processes and attendance approvalsCoordinate external audits oversee data collection and manage corrective action plans (UDS PCMH FTCA HRSA OSV OSHA and State compliance)Leads infection control and emergency preparedness programsServe as Chair of the Staff QA / QI Team to lead QI and risk management initiativesServe as inhouse Epic expert and trainer; stay current with Epic EHR upgrades / releasesUse data analytics platforms (e.g. Epic Azara) to evaluate clinical performance identify areas for improvement and implement evidencebased solutionsRN Quality and Risk Manager Requirements :
Bachelors degree in nursing Healthcare Administration or related field.RN license in the state of Alaska (or eligible)Minimum of 4 years of clinical experience with at least 23 years in a leadership or management roleDemonstrated experience in quality improvement risk management and clinical operationsAlaska Location :
