Delivery Associate

Job Description

We are seeking motivated and responsible drivers to transport packages for a major online retailer.

Successful delivery drivers prioritize safety, enjoy driving, and strive for excellent customer satisfaction.

The delivery station is located in Findlay, OH, with all routes starting and ending at the station daily.

Scheduling

• Typical shifts are 10 hours long.
• A typical workweek consists of 4 days (40 hours), with one weekend day required weekly.
• Two paid 15-minute breaks and one unpaid 30-minute meal break during each shift.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Deliver packages on time and handle them carefully.
• Drive safely, perform vehicle inspections, and follow local and state laws.
• Provide excellent customer service despite challenging situations.
• Communicate effectively with support teams to ensure deliveries are completed.
• Use a smartphone device for navigation, scanning packages, and administrative tasks.
• Loading and unloading packages in the delivery vehicle.
• Supporting the team with daily tasks and participating in rescue calls when needed.

Requirements

• At least 21 years old.
• Valid state driver's license for at least 4 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Good English speaking, reading, writing, and communication skills.
• Reliable transportation to work.
