Position Summary
The Marketing & Content Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote Ironsmith Fire's services. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of marketing principles. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management. This role involves reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO).
OBJECTIVES
Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote Ironsmith Fire's services.
Create engaging content for various platforms, including but not limited to optimization, adverting, social media, websites, and email newsletters.
Manage and optimize digital marketing efforts.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with the sales team to generate high-quality leads, develop marketing materials and support sales initiatives.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing data, including campaigns performance, conversion rates, develop KPIs and metrics to drive improvements.
Maintain and update the company's website and social media profiles.
Plan and coordinate events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.
Work closely with external PR firms, as needed

COMPETENCIES
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey messages clearly and effectively.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
- Innovative thinking to develop unique marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Ability to independently and work well with the sales team and other departments to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges and optimize marketing strategies.
- Creative mindset with keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all marketing materials.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the fire protection or related industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing to effectively promote services online.
