We're currently looking for a responsible individual to fill the role of Porter in one of our prime locations in Hoboken, NJ. This is a Full-time position. As a Porter, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the impeccable standards of our properties.
Rate : $18.00 / hour
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Adhere to established schedules and methods for garbage collection and disposal.
- Ensure cleanliness by sweeping and mopping floors and stairwells.
- Promptly report any damages for timely repairs.
- Manage and restock cleaning supplies to maintain an efficient workflow.
- Promote safety by placing hazard signs, such as wet paint and wet floor signs, throughout the building.
- Maintain cleanliness in the gym and amenities room by cleaning equipment.
- Communicate any equipment or maintenance issues to the manager.
- Perform regular preventative maintenance tasks to ensure a well-functioning environment.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations to create a secure living space for residents.
- Complete minor work orders, including painting, changing light bulbs, and completing apartment turnovers.
