Description
Irontown Modular is looking for individuals ready to learn and grow with our company. Full time positions available. 1-4 years of experience preferred. We focus on single and multi-family high-quality modular homes with a focus on sustainability and energy-efficient building. Must be able to work well with others on a fast-paced crew. Must have own bags and hand tools.
Come and work in our Factory where the weather is not snowing, or too hot, or raining!
Come and work in our Factory and not have to travel from site to site!
Come and work in our Factory and be guaranteed at least 40 hours per week!
Come and work in our Factory Monday-Thursday, and have 3 day weekends to work on personal projects or be with family!
Requirements
Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to, the following:
- Need to be efficient in all types of roofing, TPO, Asphalt, Metal, Fibre Cement.
- Expectation to complete projects on time and on budget.
- Reporting and communicating to immediate supervisor on a daily basis.
- Work within the Factory will be your main focus, unless needed to travel out of town (which will be rare).
- Bring your experience and can-do attitude to our team.
- Work under direction of experienced crew lead.
- A self-starter with relevant experience.
- Must be able to lift at least 15 pounds without restrictions.
- Need to be willing to learn other construction trades.

Schedule:
Monday through Thursday 10-hour days – 40 hours guaranteed.
