Our main business line is third-party brokerage services, with a concentration in buyer and seller representation, though we also offer tenant representation and landlord leasing. While most of our deals occur in the Birmingham metro area, we also conduct transactions across Alabama and the U.S. Additionally, our investment platform provides further opportunities for our agents.
The real estate salesperson role is a full-time position. This is a straight commission opportunity where the sky is the limit. This professional should enjoy a fast-paced work environment and a healthy dose of competition. Building relationships should come naturally.

Essential Job Responsibilities
- Minimum of 3 years sales experience. Can prove that they have previously grown their book of business. Does not have to be experienced in real estate sales.
- Highly motivated and competitive to achieve goal-oriented results; willing to put in the time and effort to be the best.
- Willing to accept accountability through a direct mentoring program, where the new agent will receive assistance with goal-setting, planning, and organization. Ultimately, the agent will be required to develop a business plan. Coaching will take a holistic approach, focusing not just on business, but on overall development.
- Enjoys networking and learning about others; has a curiosity about life and great communication skills. Can develop long-term relationships with a diverse group of people.
- Enjoys and performs well with cold calling, warm calling, and attending networking functions.
- Performs well in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and dynamic environment.
Salary : $25,000 - $425,000
