Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and patrol the property to ensure the safety and security of residents, visitors, and staff.
- Enforce property rules and regulations to maintain order and prevent unauthorized activities.
- Respond promptly to incidents, disturbances, or emergencies, providing assistance as needed.
- Conduct regular checks of common areas, including hallways, stairwells, parking lots, and entry points.
- Maintain a visible presence to deter criminal activity and ensure a sense of safety for residents.
- Collaborate with property management and local law enforcement as necessary.
- Document and report security incidents, maintenance issues, and suspicious activities accurately.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and visitors, fostering positive interactions.
- Assist with access control, including monitoring entryways and verifying visitor credentials.
- Ensure adherence to fire safety, evacuation, and other emergency protocols.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in security is preferred.
- Valid security guard registration, license, or certification, as required by local regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations.
- Physical fitness and the ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
