Key Responsibilities:
- Handle general clerical responsibilities such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
- Answer telephone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.
- Prepare and distribute various forms of communication, including reports, memos, and emails.
- Assist the finance department by processing invoices and expense reports.
- Coordinate office events and activities to create a positive workplace atmosphere.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date office documentation and records.

- High school diploma or equivalent is required; further education in Office Administration or related fields is a plus.
