Facility Maintenance Technician
The Facility Maintenance Technician is a part-time position, and days and hours may vary. The Facility Maintenance Technician is responsible for general facility and grounds maintenance and repairs. The pay range for this position is $25 to $30/hr based on experience.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Maintain the exterior grounds of the property and conducts seasonal duties such as snow removal and mowing.
- Conducts walk-through of the property to ensure everything is in working order, if not, takes the appropriate steps for correction.
- Performs light landscaping duties such as weeding and mulching to maintain curb appeal.
- Performs minor plumbing, painting, and general repairs
- Performs other duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Valid driver license required.
- Ability to operate machinery such as skid steer, lawnmower, and truck with snowplow.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift and carry materials, work in various environments, and perform physical tasks related to maintenance work.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times.
