We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support our project management team. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and excited to contribute to the success of our projects. While experience in construction estimating, specifications, sales, or project management is a plus, we are willing to train the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Project Managers in overseeing projects from quote approval to delivery.
- Support client communication to ensure project timelines and expectations are met.
- Help process revisions, change orders, and approvals.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, distributors, and contractors to resolve design inquiries.
- Coordinate with estimating, engineering, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Maintain project documentation and assist in managing the production schedule.
- Respond to customer inquiries, providing information and assistance as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Interest in product design and modifications.
- Ability to read blueprints, specifications, and elevations (preferred but not required).
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
- A desire to learn and grow within the company.
Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required):
- Experience in project management, manufacturing, or construction-related fields.
- Familiarity with toilet partitions, furniture, cabinets, or similar products.
- Knowledge of materials such as laminates, solid surfaces, stone, and acrylic.
