What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance position at Ironwood Springs Christian Ranch?
Description
For the maintenance role, this position will be responsible for performing maintenance duties on Ironwood property and equipment. This position also requires someone with the capacity to maintain a multitude of equipment types including outdoor equipment, HVAC systems, and septic / water systems, along with operating heavy machinery such as skid loaders, tractors, mowers, etc..
This role also includes performing seasonal cleaning such as floor stripping / waxing.
Requirements
This position requires the following :
- Being able to physically perform all functions and duties of this position, including heavy lifting, climbing ladders, and being able to physically handle being active for up to 8 hours a day.
- Someone who is a follower of Jesus Christ and desires to grow in their Christian faith.
- Being willing to take initiative and to be a self-starter.
