As a Construction Lead, your key responsibility is efficiently coordinating resources for optimal project completion. From aligning employees, tools, and equipment to overseeing multiple oil and gas projects, your role extends to maintaining schedules, budgets, and daily reports. Your organizational prowess is crucial for managing project documents, coordinating with subcontractors, and maintaining communication with clients and vendors. Handling service requests, calculating materials, coordinating transportation, maintaining inventory records, and supervising subordinate employees are integral to your role. This full-time supervisor position works Monday - Friday while working weekends as needed .
