ABOUT THE ROLE
In this full-time role, you'll enjoy hands-on work with some schedule flexibility but must be open to evenings and weekends as projects require.
As a Welder, you start your day reviewing blueprints and preparing materials for welding, carefully following specifications and ensuring everything is in its right place. With your skilled hands, you set up components and operate a range of equipment, from wire welders to plasma arcs, to bring engineered designs to life. When your tasks are complete, you contribute to general cleanup and double-check that safety codes are followed so the workspace is clear and safe for everyone. Each day you leave with pride in the work you've accomplished and the team you're part of.
Minimum Requirements to Be Considered:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 years of welding experience
- Ability to lift 75 lbs
- Strong understanding of welding operations
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
- Ability to work well with others
- Willingness to work as needed, which may require nights and weekends
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience operating forklift and/or skid steer
