We are seeking a Programmer Analyst to join our growing IT team! This role will play a key part in the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of our cloud-based ERP system. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, business acumen, and the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work within the Windows ecosystem to support IT and business operations.
- Collaborate with senior management to identify system needs and optimize workflows.
- Analyze application issues by evaluating procedures and processes.
- Develop and implement solutions to improve business efficiency.
- Conduct testing to validate program effectiveness and ensure seamless operation.
- Provide training and ongoing support for system users.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for reference and training purposes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree from an accredited institution in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, Science, or 4 years of equivalent professional experience.
- Technical Expertise:
- Proficiency in API’s and XML (required).
- Experience with Progress ABL programming and Infor CSD ERP (preferred).
- Knowledge of Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS).
- Familiarity with Windows Server 2012/2016 and later versions.
- Experience in web programming.
- JavaScript and SQL skills (preferred but not required).
