Shipping Clerk / Warehouse Manager

We need a self-starter who is hard working, fast, and can carefully pick parts with accuracy and pack orders efficiently while organizing and improving the warehouse. We are looking someone who can see the big picture and become the warehouse manager. We work with over 1000 different part numbers so attention to detail and accuracy is very important. We are an irrigation supplies company in Tualatin that sells sprinklers, drip tape, valves, fittings and other accessories online.

Position is full-time, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.

Duties:

· Use a computer to view customer orders awaiting shipment.

· Pick and pack customer orders quickly and accurately.

· Enter weights and dimensions of order packages into a computer.

· Make sure that packed cartons are sealed and labeled appropriately.

· Ensure that all accompanying documentation is present with packed items.

· Maintain warehouse in a clean, organized, and efficient manner.

· Receive and put away product inventory as shipments come in.

Requirements:

· Must have a strong attention to detail and accuracy

· Must be a fast, hard worker with motivation

· Ability to use a computer efficiently for order management and label printing

· Valid driver’s license

· Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs.

· Must be reliable

Good to have:

· Mechanical knowledge

· Warehouse experience
