Responsibilities :
Identify opportunities within the portfolio to increase revenue and decrease expensesPrepare in coordination with accounting department for monthly and quarterly reportingIdentify value add opportunities throughout the portfolio and implement value add strategiesPerform property site inspectionsParticipate in pricing callsAssist management in preparation for quarterly earnings calls and board meetingsMonthly financial reviewHold / Sale AnalysisOptimize portfolio performance through watchlist criteria, including interaction with Operating, Marketing and FacilitiesReview of real estate tax assessments and management of tax appealsParticipate / Lead biannual portfolio review meetingsWork with property management and training teams to employ our best practicesEvaluate and improve business intelligence and property management softwareInitiate, review and approve annual budgets and capital projectsSupport closings of acquisitionsManage disposition marketing and closingQualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Real Estate requiredEntry level (related Internship experience and / or 1-2 years of experience in Asset Management needed)Excellent communication, time management, interpersonal and organizational skillsAdvanced (master level) Excel requiredExperience with Entrata and Pricing software a plusAbility to travel to sites 30-40% of the timeWe offer :
