Our multi-family community, Carrington at Champion Forest, currently has a full-time Maintenance Supervisor opportunity available.
As a Maintenance Supervisor, your goal will be to energetically and professionally manage our multi-family community's maintenance department. Our incredible, cutting edge, and fast-growing company allows you to build new and long-term relationships with residents and co-workers, while also acting as a service team expert and valuable resource for property information. A Typical Day :
- Partner with the Community and Regional Manager on property maintenance plans and initiatives.
- Provide strong leadership, direction, and training while you empower the service team to perform at the highest level.
- Prioritized work orders and delegated assignments to assure all service orders requests are successfully completed and completed in a timely manner.
- Lead by example and troubleshoot / complete service requests as needed.
- Ensure the service team adheres to budgets, provided the highest level of service, and provides the highest level of resident relations and customer service.
