We specialize in wild dolphin encounters, snorkeling with sea turtles, sunset cruises, whale watching, and more. Our mission is to provide exceptional experiences for our guests, and we are seeking a talented and passionate photographer to capture the magic of these tours both on the boat and underwater.

Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic photographer to join our team on a contract basis. As a key member of the tour crew, you will be responsible for capturing stunning photos of our guests' experiences, both above water and beneath the surface. Your photos will help document the beauty and excitement of our boat tours and contribute to the lasting memories of our guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Photograph boat tours, capturing guests enjoying activities such as swimming with dolphins, snorkeling with sea turtles, sunset cruises, whale watching, and more.
  • Underwater Photography: Ability to take high-quality photos while freediving and swimming in open water. You must have your own underwater housing and photography equipment.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the boat crew to ensure a seamless guest experience. This includes assisting with tour operations when needed and integrating into the team to support the flow of the tour.
  • Guest Interaction: Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, encouraging them to enjoy the tour while also capturing their best moments.
  • Photo Sales: Offer and sell photo packages to guests, helping them relive their unforgettable experiences with high-quality images.

Qualifications:

  • Strong Photography Skills: Proven experience as a photographer, with a portfolio showcasing both above-water and underwater photography.
  • Freediving and Swimming Ability: Must be a strong swimmer and comfortable with freediving. You’ll be expected to capture photos underwater in varying conditions.
  • Own Equipment: Must have your own camera equipment, including underwater housing.
  • Team Player: Ability to work well with others, showing enthusiasm and a positive attitude. You will need to support the boat crew when necessary to ensure a smooth and fun tour experience for guests.
  • Positive Attitude: A can-do attitude, flexibility, and a strong desire to create memorable experiences for our guests.
  • Availability: Must be available to work on a flexible, on-call basis, including weekends and holidays. The schedule can be set in advance based on availability.

Compensation:
This is a commission-based position, where you will be compensated based on the photos sold during the tour. As an independent contractor, you will have the flexibility to manage your own schedule and workload.
