JOB DESCRIPTION

WORK EXPECTATIONS

• Zero tolerance for no call no shows 
• 100% on-time arrival standard
• Able to work days, nights, and weekends and occasionally 10 hour shifts
• Waiving 30-minute break 6 hour shift
• Majority independent work
• Calmly and safely handle stressful situations
• Never operate company vehicle if physically or emotionally impaired
• Keep hydrated before and during working hours
• Trustworthiness, all cash paid to company belongs to company
• Drug free during the duration of the employment contract

DAILY VEHICLE SETUP

• Review weekly schedule
• Perform opening procedures
• Receive shift assignments and be ready to perform in same cases with less than 24 hours notice

DAILY VEHICLE WRAP UP

• Perform closing procedures 

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

• Dashboard lights
• Items onboard truck working
• lights
• faucets
• drains
• Generator
• As needed, deliver truck to mechanic
• Wash the interior and exterior of the truck
• Bug spray
• Restock / Retrieve
• ice cream 
• perishables
• paper / packaging
• cleaning supplies
• Restock / Purchase
• generator oil
• fuel stabilizer
• Equipment Maintenance and Cleaning
• Defrost / scrape dipping cabinets
• Clean fridge interior
• Wash laundry towels / aprons
• Return dirty tubs to shop

TRAINING

• Driver Safety - State Farm fleet driving safety training i.e. 2x per season at beginning and mid-point
• Sales - shop, catering, upselling

PERFORMANCE REVIEWS

• Monthly on SOPS
• Random 2x per month cash count
