Location : Irvine, CA | On-Site | Full Time | $19-$21 an hour | Schedule : Monday through Friday 8am-5pm
AMO clerk would be responsible to remit payment to the Extended Service Contract companies as well as Gap and other aftermarket products sold. They would also process the cancelations of these products and issue the refunds to either the consumer or the lenders. Does payables and heavy reconciliation and schedule cleaning.
The AMO position registers Service Contracts and aftermarket warranty products as well as preparing cancelation refunds and schedule cleaning for each store.
- Follow-up on outstanding claims
- F&I, Ethos, AMO reconciliations and cancellations
- Reserve reconciliations
- Used car purchases and dealer trades
- Maintaining all service and customer records as required by the warrantor
- Accurately coding after market claims and entering into the dealerships automated system
- Processing warranty paperwork to ensure documentation and verifying criteria required by factory or distributor
- Reviewing after market claims and correcting any errors
- Administering warranty identification and disposal
- Maintaining good working relationships with all departments
- Keeping abreast of all factory recalls and announcements
