We are seeking a full-time Service Coordinator to support our Service Department. If you are enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused, we encourage you to apply—experience is welcome but not required.
What You'll Do
- Answering phone calls to greet, accommodate, and schedule guests for service needs
- Warmly greeting customers and ensuring a pleasurable experience during their visit
- Meet and greet customers, answer questions, and provide assistance throughout their visit
- Assisting service porter to move vehicles
- Assisting advisors to gather preliminary information for the write-up process
- Accommodating loaner vehicle requests and staging
- Ensuring a great Customer Service Experience (CSE)
- Perform other duties as needed.
