Position Summary :
Key support position in Apartment Communities Capital Projects for contracting and construction administration. This individual will have experience in the organization and implementation of construction contracts, including preparation of contracts, assuring pricing and internal coding compliance and other key contract practices.
Job Duties :
- Oversee contract development and management activities, and enforce core departmental principals for Capital Project Reinvestment and Recurring CapEx
- Be a systems super user (Coupa, Sharepoint / CRA and Docusign) and lead training efforts for new team members at properties
- Process Contracts and Change Orders
Prepare and process contracts and ensure information is complete, accurate and in accordance with business.

Actual placement within this range may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
