Position Summary :
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Portfolio Marketing team in all aspects of regional, submarket, and community-specific marketing and advertising executions and related activities. This person will work with all members on the Marketing team, including Digital Marketing, Digital Products, and Marketing Analytics, as well as partner with Centralized Leasing, Community Management and other Divisions.
Support the Sr. Marketing Director and team with overall marketing communications, asset management, social, content, ongoing project management and administrative tasks as needed.
Job Duties :
- Content & Messaging : Assist with coordination and execution of content and messaging implementation across all media channels including website, paid media landing pages, email, and social media, etc. Support content review and audits across websites, ILS, digital products, and emails.
- Project Coordination : Conduct regular competitor marketing and advertising programs reviews. Own and update project calendars, status documents, asset trackers and deliverables. Support review and upload of floorplans and site plans.
- Asset Management : Manage photography asset library across the portfolio ensuring that it is up-to-date. Download, upload and share media files as requested. Organize and assist with file management on Marketing shared drive.
- Social Media : Support scheduling, publishing, and managing social media posts. Support with social media reporting and ideation as needed.
- Additional Responsibilities : As assigned by Sr. Director of Portfolio Marketing team

Base Pay Range : $72,700.00 - $89,900.00
Actual placement within this range may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
