Position Summary :
The Senior Accountant is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day general and administrative accounting operations within the Financial Services department including preparation of key financial records, ensuring accurate and timely journal entries for month-end close, ongoing reconciliations, and financial reporting, while maintaining compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Job Duties :
Month-End and Year-End Close :
- Prepare general and administrative (e.g., payroll-related, Company-wide allocations, etc.) journal entries and supporting details for senior management review, ensuring timely and accurate closing of the books.
- Perform ongoing reconciliations between various financial systems. Confirm postings and proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Develop and maintain internal control policies and procedures to ensure the integrity of financial entries and reporting.

Base Pay Range : $93,600.00 - $112,700.00
Actual placement within this range may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
