Position Summary :
The Senior Analyst, Energy Management maintains multiple utility and energy databases. Supports and supervises utility billing management, and executes project management coordination. This position will interface with internal customers, (Engineering, Property / Operation Managers, Construction and Corporate Accounting) utility providers, and with key network / server / metering suppliers.
Job Duties :
Utility Management and Billing
- Manage utility billing outsource team and process
- Serve as direct contact and interface with utility providers
- Direct and assist billing and AP team (account setup, billing process and questions)
- Assist with utility budgeting, forecast and all reporting
EnergyCAP
Tenant Billing
Project coordination
EM Network support and hardware management
EnergyStar / LEED certification
Network Design Management - Schneider Platform
Planned outage management - electrical / network coordination

Actual placement within this range may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
