Job Opportunity - Program Coordinator, Volunteer Management & Administration
About the Position: Irvine Ranch Conservancy (IRC) has an opening for a full-time Program Coordinator within
the Volunteer Management and Administration program. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who
enjoys working with a variety of people and wants to contribute to meaningful outcomes. The Program
Coordinator supports IRC's programs by soliciting and organizing public activity information, verifying
scheduling, and entering or verifying activities on IRC's activities website, LetsGoOutside (LGO). The Coordinator
works with staff and volunteers to resolve any issues related to public activities or LGO, and also assists with
volunteer recognition and other events.
The Successful Candidate will have a bachelor's degree in social sciences, recreation, environmental sciences,
or similar field of study; at least two (2) years of related work experience; and the following knowledge, skills,
and abilities:
• Demonstrated successful experience working and communicating with diverse groups.
• Experience with data collection, organization, and management.
• Experience working as a team implementing a variety of volunteer events.
• Basic (not developer) WordPress or other website platform experience desired, not required.
• Communication proficiency, both verbal and written.
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365, particularly working in the SharePoint environment and working
with CRMs.
Salary Range: $26.00 - $27.00 per hour ($54,080 - $56,100 per year)
