Shifts Available:
- Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday
- Weekday hours: 12 PM - 9 PM
- Weekend hours: 8:45 AM - 5:15 PM
- Must be able to work at least one weekend day
Your Role as a Front Desk Sales Associate:
In this sales and customer service-oriented position, you’ll play a key role in growing our school’s student base. You’ll convert prospects into registrations, ensure smooth operations at the front desk, contribute to social media efforts, and help coordinate school concerts and special events.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Soft Sales & Lead Conversion:
- Use sales scripts to convert leads who’ve already heard about the school, and meet monthly enrollment goals
- Confidently make follow-up calls and engage with prospects via phone and email (no cold calling, just soft calls)
- Present our music lessons and services, focusing on students’ and families’ needs
- Conduct facility tours and develop rapport with clients, emphasizing the value of music education
- Customer Service & Administrative Support:
- Ensure smooth day-to-day front desk operations, greet and check in clients
- Retain existing clients/prevent withdrawals by being very knowledgeable about our programs, and meeting monthly drop goals
- Schedule students, process billing, and handle administrative tasks utilizing Opus1io CRM software
- Contribute to social media efforts by occasionally creating engaging content for platforms
- Keep the school organized, clean, and welcoming
- Processing paperwork and administration for client accounts utilizing Opus1io CRM software
- Help coordinate school concerts, open houses, and other special events to ensure seamless operations
- Run errands and stock supplies

- Sales-driven and confident on the phone: You sound great on the phone, enjoy working with sales scripts and are confident in making calls to secure registrations
- Creative and tech-savvy: You have a flair for social media content creation and proficiency in Canva, Google Suite, and all things MacOS

- Outgoing and engaging: You love working with people, building relationships, and providing excellent customer service
- Organized and detail-oriented in a fast paced environment: You’re great at multitasking, keeping things running smoothly, keep up with lots of details, and ensuring accuracy in all tasks - and thrive in a fast paced environment!
- Dependable and self-motivated: You are punctual and reliable, take initiative, follow through, abie to work independently, and bring energy to everything you do
- Events experience: You can handle logistics and assist with the coordination of concerts and special events
