Our client is seeking a hands-on, customer-obsessed leader to drive and scale their technical support function.   • Location: Onsite in Irvine, CA
  • Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $130k-140k annually
  • No Visa Sponsorship Available for this role

What You ll Do:


  • Lead and mentor a distributed support team across the U.S. and Mexico, including team leads and front-line support staff
  • Oversee and improve daily support operations, escalation management, and customer communication strategies
  • Build and implement scalable processes, capacity planning models, and support playbooks
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and CX teams to identify recurring issues and drive continuous improvement
  • Guide the rollout and optimization of tools like HubSpot Service and support system workflows

What Gets You the Job:


  • 5 years of experience managing technical support or customer success teams within a SaaS environment
  • Hands-on technical background with the ability to understand scripts, run SQL queries, and troubleshoot integrations
  • Proven success managing remote or nearshore support teams and working cross-functionally with product and engineering
  • Experience with customer support platforms such as HubSpot Service, Zendesk, Jira, and remote tools like LogMeIn
  • Strong communication, leadership, and team-building skills with a proactive, customer-first mindset
