- Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $130k-140k annually

What You ll Do:
- Lead and mentor a distributed support team across the U.S. and Mexico, including team leads and front-line support staff
- Oversee and improve daily support operations, escalation management, and customer communication strategies
- Build and implement scalable processes, capacity planning models, and support playbooks
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and CX teams to identify recurring issues and drive continuous improvement
- Guide the rollout and optimization of tools like HubSpot Service and support system workflows
What Gets You the Job:
- 5 years of experience managing technical support or customer success teams within a SaaS environment
- Hands-on technical background with the ability to understand scripts, run SQL queries, and troubleshoot integrations
- Proven success managing remote or nearshore support teams and working cross-functionally with product and engineering
- Experience with customer support platforms such as HubSpot Service, Zendesk, Jira, and remote tools like LogMeIn
- Strong communication, leadership, and team-building skills with a proactive, customer-first mindset
