IT Support Administrator
We are seeking an IT Support Specialist for one of our growing clients in the Houston area. As part of a highly collaborative IT team, you will provide onsite and remote support to a large workforce, ensuring smooth IT operations in a fast-paced environment.
- Location: Hayward, CA (Onsite M-F)
- Contract Duration: 12 Months (Potential to extend)
- Compensation: This job expects to pay about $30-35/hr W2 plus benefits.

What You ll Do:
- Provide on-site and remote IT support for employees across multiple locations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues via phone, chat, and email.
- Ensure enterprise desktop and hardware systems operate efficiently and at optimal performance.
- Diagnose and resolve complex IT issues, escalating as needed to appropriate teams.
- Serve as the technical liaison for users, resolving desktop computing issues and providing guidance.
- Contact vendors and carrier support to resolve outages and system failures.
- Document incidents, resolutions, and procedures in the service desk knowledge base.
- Provide end-user training on hardware, software, and IT best practices.
What Gets You the Job:
- 3-5 years of IT Helpdesk/Desktop Support experience in an enterprise environment.
- Experience supporting end users and IT teams in enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of hardware life cycle management, change management, and incident management.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows environments, remote support tools, and ticketing systems.
- Expertise in the Microsoft technology stack, including:
- DNS and DHCP
- Active Directory & Entra ID
- Microsoft 365 Admin, Intune Admin, SharePoint Admin, Teams Admin, Exchange Admin
- Group Policy Objects (GPOs) and Patch Management tools
- Intune experience is required for device and application management.
