What You ll Do:

• Develop and implement enterprise-wide data governance policies, ensuring compliance and best practices.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define data quality standards and oversee data cataloging efforts.
• Lead cross-functional teams in the development of new data products that enhance business insights and decision-making.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve data quality monitoring and compliance.
• Provide guidance to data stewards on governance processes, ensuring effective data security, privacy, and management.

What Gets You the Job:

• 5 years of experience in a data management role with a strong focus on governance, data quality, and compliance.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with modern data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, and third-party cataloging solutions like Collibra or Alation.
• Strong expertise in data governance tools, automation for data quality monitoring, and metadata management.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
