Instructional Video Designer (Windows 11)
We have an immediate need for an Instructional Video Designer (Windows 11)to join a real estate holding company for a 3-6 month contract. This role will produce engaging video content that helps non-technical users transition smoothly to Windows 11. This role is an excellent opportunity to leverage your instructional design expertise and creativity to close a key training gap within the organization.
Location : Remote capable. Hybrid or onsite in Charlotte, NC preferred.
This job expects to pay about $40-60 / hr plus benefits
What You Will Do :
- Develop instructional videos tailored to non-technical users, focusing on Windows 11 features and functionalities.
- Collaborate with the IT team to understand training needs and create effective, user-friendly materials.
- Design and implement motion graphics to enhance video content and maintain viewer engagement.
- Translate technical concepts into simple, clear, and concise training scripts and visuals.
- Create supplemental training materials, including guides and documentation, as needed.
- Ensure all video content is accessible, polished, and aligned with organizational goals.
- Continuously gather feedback from users and refine training content to improve effectiveness.
