- Prepare and manage budgets, schedules, and timelines for development projects.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including design and construction.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in land development within the homebuilding industry.
