Job Description
Provide technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software. Respond to queries, isolate problems, and determine and implement solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for hardware and software issues encountered by end-users.
- First line of contact for IT issues that come via the ticket system or phone system.
- Manage the configuration and installation of computer systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network issues.
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Google Workspace, OKTA and Office 365
- Resolve technical problems with networks and other systems.
- Setup and deploy IT equipment including laptops, desktops, tablets/mobile devices, printers, etc.
- Follow up with end-users to ensure issues have been resolved.
- All other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum (2) years of experience in the field of IT, preferably with end user support.
- Associates degree in Information Technology, IT related curriculum or equivalent work experience, bachelor's degree preferred.
- Project Management experience.
- Excellent communication skills in person, by phone and via email.
- Commitment to continuous improvement in IT systems reliability and efficiency.
- Strong problem solving, technical and communication skills.
- Expertise in various IT disciplines.
- Ability to move or lift IT related objects (Computers, Printers, Monitors, etc.) that weigh up to 75lbs.
- Spanish speaking or bilingual a plus
