Now Hiring: Co-Teacher – Infants & Toddlers
We’re looking for a nurturing and patient Co-Teacher to join our Infant & Toddler Program. This position is ideal for educators who love working with our youngest learners, fostering a warm and caring environment.
📌 This position requires diapering, bottle feeding, and meal assistance.
📌 Bilingual candidates (English & Spanish) are preferred!

📌 Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking) is required. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred for this role.
Qualifications & Requirements:
🎓 Education: Associate’s degree or CDA preferred but not required.
📜 Certifications: Willingness to obtain First Aid, CPR, and Food Handler certifications.
What You’ll Do as a Co-Teacher:
✔️ Assist in diapering, feeding, and nap routines in compliance with DCFS standards.
✔️ Create a safe and nurturing environment.
✔️ Communicate with parents and staff in a professional and caring manner.
