Snack Bar Attendant

Irwin Country Club is looking for dependable and reliable workers at our Snack Shack! We are a family owned golf course with hundreds of memberships per year. Seasonal Employment will start (estimated) April-October. FREE GOLF TO ALL EMPLOYEE'S AND 20% OFF SNACK SHACK FOODS.

Schedule Specifications: I need someone to work the following schedule (at least)- Fridays 1pm-9pm, Saturday 6am-1pm, and Sunday 6am-1pm. If available, I can also throw in an evening during the week if applicant would want more hours. Experience cooking simple breakfast foods is very much preferred. This job is weather dependent, so hours may vary week by week.

Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to all snack bar patrons
- Prepare and serve a variety of food items such as hot dogs, burgers, fries, etc
- Handle cash transactions and operate a cash register or point-of-sale system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the snack bar area
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the health and safety of customers
- Assist with kitchen duties such as food preparation, cooking, and cleaning
- Bus tables and clean dining area as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food handling and safety practices
- Ability to operate a cash register or point-of-sale system
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and helpful attitude
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers, members, and team members

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 23 per week
