We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Nurse Practitioner or P.A. to join our healthcare team. Duties
Conduct thorough patient assessments and physical examinations.
Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs.
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions.
Perform procedures such as airway management and dialysis when necessary.
Utilize ICD-10 coding for accurate documentation of patient diagnoses.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in a Level II Trauma Center setting to provide optimal care.
Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention strategies.
Engage in research activities to enhance clinical practices and improve patient care protocols.
Maintain knowledge of anatomy and public health trends to inform clinical decisions.
Experience
A valid Nurse Practitioner or PA license is required.
Previous experience in a medical office setting is preferred.
Familiarity with neonatal ventilators is advantageous.
Proven ability to work effectively under pressure in emergency situations.
Strong communication skills for effective patient interaction and teamwork.
